Can You Change Your Shipping Address?	You can update your shipping address within 3 business days of placing your order by submitting a change request through any of our contact channels. However, once your order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be changed or re-routed. Please note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Failed Delivery of the Package	If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.

Description

Each earring features a round brilliant diamond in a secure prong setting, framed by a halo of 18 smaller diamonds. It hangs from a hinged hoop set with a line of 9 round diamonds. The hoop gives a secure, comfortable fit, while the halo drop adds extra sparkle and makes the centre stone look larger. They work for evenings out and for dressing up an everyday outfit. Refund & Exchange

If you select cash as your preferred refund method, we will repurchase your item at a 40% deduction from the original invoice amount. You will receive a cash refund for 60% of the invoice amount, provided the refund request is made within 1 year from the invoice date. This option ensures you receive a substantial portion of your original purchase price back in cash.

If a customer wishes to exchange a product, we will apply a 30% deduction from the invoice amount. The remaining amount can be used towards acquiring a new product or obtaining a discount on another item (within 1 year from the invoice date).
